Wire screen discs are among Gladys's main products. They make round screen discs with diameters ranging from 0.5" to 15", single layer or several layers welded together. They can also make special shapes, such as an oval, elliptical or kidney shape or others based on the application.
They manufacture some of the popular 30 x 30, 18x14, 14x14, 8x8 and 4x4 mesh with widths that can be less than 8" increasing to 48" widths. Roll lengths of 100' to 1000' can also be supplied.
The company can produce welded mesh with different openings and wire diameters. Openings can be 1/4'', 1/2'', 1'', 1-1/2'', 2'', 1''x2'', 2''x4'', etc.. The material of welded mesh can be plain steel or stainless steel. Generally they supply as galvanized or PVC coated welded mesh for plain steel. Plain steel wire mesh: They supply commonly required plain steel mesh rolls such as 20/0.016'', 30/0.012'', 40/0.010'', 60/0.007'', 80x70/0.005'' as well as dutch weave 12x64, 14x88, 24x110, 30x150. They can also make crimped mesh or intercrimped mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh: They can supply commonly required mesh with square opening up to 635 mesh, Dutch weave l12/64, 80/400, 325/2300 mesh. The material can be SS304, 304L, 316 or 316L.
