Zhonglei Machinery has been working with Link-Access for nearly fifteen years. During this time, Link and Zhonglei have supplied various custom made products to customers in the USA. Profiled here are just a few examples of some of these products.
Typically, the customer provides Link-Access drawings and specifications of the product which is then shared with Zhonglei. There is often a back and forth discussion between Zhonglei and the customer that is facilitated by Link-Access. Once the requirements are agreed upon, samples are produced and if their size allows air-shipment, the customer is able to inspect and approve the samples.
The company is certified in meeting requirements of international standards such as ISO 9001:2008.
Led by Rudy Jiang, Zhonglei exemplifies attention to detail and almost always finds a way to create the custom product even if they may not have the required equipment in-house. Through Rudy's relationship with a network of other small companies in the area he invariably finds a way to make the product and keep the delivery deadlines and quoted costs. More importantly, this is a company that works to build a mutually respectful working relationship while understanding the hardships that small businesses face from time to time.
